Bean has slowly made his way up the ranks driving in the MARS Series, Toyota All-Star Showdown, the NASCAR AutoZone Elite Midwest Division and the ARCA RE/MAX Series. He made his Sprint Cup Series debut in the 2009 Pocono 500, in which he finished 36th.
