NASCAR Sprint Cup Series points leader Tony Stewart led for 34 of 90 laps to win the Heluva Good! Sour Cream Dips at the Glen on Monday.
Stewart is now 260 points ahead of Jimmie Johnson, who stayed in second place in the standings by finishing in 12th position at Watkins Glen International.
Marcos Ambrose came in second, followed by Carl Edwards in third and Kyle Busch in fourth. Rounding out the top 10 were Greg Biffle, Juan Pablo Montoya, Kurt Busch, Max Papis, Clint Bowyer, and Denny Hamlin.
The Sprint Cup Series returns to the track on Sunday with the Carfax 400 at Michigan International Speedway. |
